Return & Exchange Policy

At Czed Jewels, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly accept exchanges on eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
  

• In original, unused, and saleable condition
  

• Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact
  
  

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings, customized pieces, engraved jewelry, and final-sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days to request an exchange authorization.
   

2. Ship the item back using a reliable and trackable shipping method.
   

3. Once inspected and approved, you may select another item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
   
   

Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  

• Czed Jewels is not liable for lost or damaged return parcels.
